  1. Blend watermelon, honey, and mint until smooth.
  2. Strain if you prefer no pulp.
  3. Pour into popsicle molds.
  4. Freeze at least 4 hrs until solid.
  5. Tip: Cold foods often taste better than warm during treatment. Great to have a stash ready in the freezer.
