Golden Turmeric Milk

Ingredients
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 pinch black pepper (this unlocks the turmeric)
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp maple syrup (optional)
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
How to make it
- Whisk everything together in a small saucepan.
- Warm gently over low heat 5 minutes — do not boil.
- Pour, breathe it in, and sip slowly.
