Power-Up Bone Broth Soup

Bone broth is rich in amino acids (the building blocks of protein) and easily absorbable minerals. When fatigue makes chewing a meal feel like a chore, sipping this warm liquid delivers hydration and nutrients without overtaxing the digestive system.
