Blueberry Antioxidant Oat Bowl
Oats' beta-glucan steadies blood sugar for crash-free morning energy, while blueberries flood the system with protective anthocyanins.

Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 Tbsp chopped walnuts
- ½ tsp cinnamon
How to make it
- Simmer the oats in almond milk 8–10 minutes, stirring now and then.
- Fold in most of the blueberries and the cinnamon.
- Top with flaxseed, walnuts, and the remaining berries.
