No-Bake Peanut Butter Energy Balls
Small, calorie- and protein-dense bites she can nibble anytime — perfect when full meals feel like too much. No cooking, and they keep for a week.
Gentle for fatigue, low appetite.
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Pinch of salt
How to make it
- Stir all ingredients in a bowl until combined.
- Chill 15 min so it firms up.
- Roll into 1-inch balls.
- Store in the fridge in a sealed container.
- Tip: Two or three bites deliver a lot of energy in a little food. Skip if she has a very sore mouth (chewy).
