Watermelon Mint Hydration Cups
Cool, high-water, and barely-sweet — an easy way to take in fluid when nothing else appeals, and gentle on a tender mouth. A little mint keeps it refreshing.
Gentle for nausea, a sore mouth, metallic taste.
Ingredients
- 4 cups watermelon, cubed and seeded
- 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 6 fresh mint leaves, thinly sliced
- 1 pinch sea salt (optional)
How to make it
- Toss the watermelon with the lime juice and mint.
- Chill 15 minutes.
- Serve cold in small cups — or freeze into cubes and let soften slightly for an even more soothing bite.
