Lemon-Ginger Electrolyte Water

Keeps her hydrated (key during treatment) while the citrus cuts through a metallic taste and the ginger settles the stomach.

Gentle for nausea, metallic taste.

Ingredients

How to make it

  1. Warm 1 cup water and steep ginger 5 min; strain.
  2. Stir in honey and salt until dissolved.
  3. Add remaining cold water and lemon juice.
  4. Chill and sip through the day.
  5. Tip: The pinch of salt replaces electrolytes lost to nausea. Serve very cold, over ice.
