High-Calorie Protein Smoothie
When she can barely eat, this packs a meal's worth of calories and protein into a cold, smooth, easy-to-sip drink that's kind to a sore mouth.

Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup yogurt (pasteurized)
- 1 cup whole milk or oat milk
- 2 tbsp peanut/almond butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- Optional: 1 scoop protein powder
- Handful of ice
How to make it
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth.
- Adjust thickness with more milk.
- Sip slowly over time — no need to finish at once.
