Ginger Tea with Honey & Lemon
Warm ginger tea is a time-tested nausea remedy, while lemon and honey make it pleasant and help cut through a metallic taste.
Gentle for nausea, metallic taste.
Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1-inch fresh ginger, sliced (or 2 ginger tea bags)
- Juice of 1/4 lemon
- 1–2 tsp honey
How to make it
- Simmer ginger in water 8–10 min.
- Strain into a mug.
- Stir in lemon and honey.
- Sip warm and slowly.
- Tip: Sip between meals to keep nausea at bay. Also good made ahead and served over ice.
