Ginger Lemon Healing Tea
The gentlest thing in the book: concentrated gingerol to relax the digestive tract, in a cup you can manage even on the roughest day.

Ingredients
- 1-inch piece fresh ginger, sliced thin
- 2 cups water
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- ½ tsp maple syrup (optional)
How to make it
- Simmer the ginger in water for 10 minutes.
- Strain into your favorite mug; add lemon and maple if you like.
- Sip slowly, in small amounts, as often as you need.
