Ginger-Peach Smoothie
Cold, sippable, and gentle. Ginger is one of the most reliable natural anti-nausea foods, and blending makes calories easy to get down when eating feels like too much.
Gentle for nausea, low appetite.
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen peach slices
- 1 small ripe banana
- 1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt (pasteurized)
- 1/2 cup milk or oat milk
- 1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger (or pinch ground)
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
How to make it
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth, ~45 sec.
- Add a splash more milk if too thick.
- Sip slowly, cold, through a straw.
- Tip: Serve well chilled — cold blunts nausea and smell. Make a double batch and freeze extra in popsicle molds.
