Frozen Golden Milk Bites
Cold, creamy, and gently numbing for a sore mouth — turmeric and its pinch of black pepper carry the anti-inflammatory work while the chill itself soothes tender tissue.
Gentle for a sore mouth, metallic taste.
Ingredients
- 1 can full-fat coconut milk
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 pinch black pepper (unlocks the turmeric)
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp pure maple syrup
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
How to make it
- Whisk everything together until smooth.
- Pour into small silicone molds or an ice-cube tray.
- Freeze at least 4 hours.
- Let sit one minute before eating — or blend into a slushy shake if a solid bite is too cold today.
