Cinnamon Apple Oatmeal
A fiber powerhouse: pectin from the apple and mucilage from the chia seeds steady the glycemic index of your whole morning, preventing the insulin spikes that stress cells.
Gentle for fatigue, a good day.

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 small apple, finely diced
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
