Roasted Chickpea Snack
The healing alternative to potato chips — chickpeas carry molybdenum and manganese, minerals that power the enzymes protecting mitochondria from oxidative stress.
Gentle for fatigue, a good day.
Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 pinch sea salt
How to make it
- Heat the oven to 400°F.
- Pat the chickpeas completely dry — moisture is the enemy of crunch.
- Toss with the oil and spices, spread in a single layer.
- Roast 25–30 minutes, shaking the pan halfway, until golden and crispy.
