Creamy Broccoli Almond Soup
Blending broccoli releases sulforaphane — the director of cellular quality control — in a form that's velvety enough for the tenderest mouth.

Ingredients
- 1 large head broccoli, in florets
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups low-sodium vegetable broth
- ⅓ cup almond butter
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
How to make it
- Soften the onion and garlic in olive oil.
- Add broccoli and broth; simmer 15 minutes.
- Blend with the almond butter until completely smooth and creamy.
- Serve warm — or room temperature on a tender day.
