Cinnamon Apple Energy Bites

Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup almond butter (no added sugar)
- ½ cup finely chopped apples (skin on, for the fiber)
- 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
How to make it
- Combine everything in a large bowl and mix until a sticky dough forms — a teaspoon of water if it's too dry.
- Roll into 1-inch balls.
- Chill on a parchment-lined plate 30 minutes to set.
