Warm Maple-Pecan Rice Farina
Finely ground cream of rice provides a gentle, easy-to-digest energy source. Stirring in finely ground pecan flour adds hidden calories and healthy fats to support stamina, while maple syrup adds a pleasing aroma to stimulate the senses.

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp cream of rice (rice farina)
- 1 cup water or oat milk
- 1 tbsp finely ground pecan flour
- 1 tsp pure maple syrup
How to make it
- Bring the water or oat milk to a boil in a small saucepan.
- Slowly whisk in the cream of rice and ground pecan flour, reducing the heat to low immediately.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring constantly until thick and smooth.
- Stir in the maple syrup and let it cool slightly before serving.
