Velvet Silken Tofu & Honey Whip
Silken tofu provides a completely smooth, bland, plant-based protein source that is completely odor-free. Whipping it with a small amount of honey creates an effortless, calorie-dense breakfast cream that glides down without irritating mouth sores.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup silken tofu, drained
- 1 tsp mild raw honey
- 1 tbsp oat milk (if needed to blend)
How to make it
- Place the drained silken tofu and honey into a personal blender or small food processor.
- Process on high speed for 60 seconds until completely uniform and creamy.
- Pour into a small dish and chill in the refrigerator for 5 minutes before serving cold.
