Strained Red Raspberry Ice Sip
Pureeing and filtering fresh red raspberries yields a vibrant, clean juice that enlivens a deadened palate. Serving it ice-cold provides a numbing quality that limits oral pain during intake.
Gentle for a sore mouth, metallic taste.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup cold water
How to make it
- Blend the raspberries and water, then press through a very fine wire sieve to hold back all tiny seeds. Serve over crushed ice.
