Ingredients
- 1.5 oz sole fillet
- 1/2 cup sweet potato puree
- 1 tsp butter
How to make it
- Steam the sole fillet over boiling water for 5 minutes until completely tender and opaque.
- Warm your pre-made smooth sweet potato puree with the butter.
- Lay the steamed fish gently over the sweet potato bed, flaking it lightly with a fork.
