Ingredients
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1.5 cups mild chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp cream cheese or plant-based cream cheese
How to make it
- Boil the cauliflower florets in the broth for 15 minutes until completely soft and falling apart.
- Add the cream cheese to the pot.
- Puree the mixture thoroughly until it is uniform and smooth. Serve lukewarm.
