Soothing Avocado-Banana Mash

When swallowing hurts or mouth sores are present, texture is everything. This mash requires zero chewing, is served cold/room temp (which minimizes pain), and is packed with healthy fats and potassium to provide dense calories when appetite is low.

Gentle for a sore mouth, low appetite.
