Soft Banana-Avocado Protein Mash
When you have a low appetite, maximizing nutrient density in a small volume is key. Avocado provides healthy monounsaturated fats, the banana offers potassium, and a spoonful of unflavored pea protein powder bumps up the cellular-repair fuel without altering the soft texture.
Gentle for low appetite, fatigue.
Ingredients
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 1/4 ripe avocado
- 1 tsp unflavored plant protein powder
- 1 tsp water or almond milk
How to make it
