Smoked Salmon & Avocado Soft Mash
Avocado provides a creamy, calorie-dense base of monounsaturated fats. Adding a single ounce of finely minced smoked salmon infuses the dish with high-quality omega-3 fatty acids and a rich savory flavor that helps stimulate a poor appetite without requiring heavy portion sizes.
Gentle for fatigue, low appetite.
Ingredients
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1 oz smoked salmon, finely minced
- 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 drop extra virgin olive oil
How to make it
- Scoop the avocado into a small bowl and mash it thoroughly with a fork.
- Fold in the finely minced smoked salmon and fresh lemon juice until well combined.
- Drizzle with a drop of olive oil and enjoy directly with a spoon or spread onto a soft cracker.
