Sesame-Ginger Glazed Tofu Cubes
Tofu absorbs flavors incredibly well while remaining a light, low-odor protein source. A mild sesame-ginger glaze adds a gentle kick of flavor to break through taste fatigue without causing stomach upset.
Gentle for low appetite, nausea.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup extra-firm tofu, cubed small
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp low-sodium soy sauce
- A tiny pinch of ground ginger
How to make it
- Toss the tofu cubes with the soy sauce and ground ginger.
- Heat sesame oil in a small skillet over medium heat.
- Add the tofu cubes and cook for about 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally until all sides are lightly crisp.
