Seedless Red Raspberry Slush
Cold temperatures naturally help numb painful oral tissues and suppress the gag reflex. Blending raspberries and straining out the seeds provides a refreshing, vibrant flavor profile that enlivens the mouth without any rough components.
Gentle for nausea, a sore mouth.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp honey
How to make it
- Blend the raspberries and water together until smooth.
- Pour the liquid through a fine-mesh strainer into an ice cube tray to completely remove all seeds, then stir in the honey.
- Freeze until solid, then crush or blend the cubes into a fine, soft slush.
