Seedless Blueberry Gelatin Drops
Cold temperatures naturally help numb painful oral tissues and suppress the gag reflex. Blending blueberries and straining out the seeds provides a refreshing, vibrant flavor profile that enlivens the mouth without any rough components.
Gentle for nausea, a sore mouth.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp unflavored gelatin powder
- 1/2 tsp honey
How to make it
- Blend the blueberries and water together until smooth, then strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a cup to remove all seeds.
- Heat 1/4 cup of the juice until hot. Sprinkle gelatin over 2 tablespoons of cold water to bloom, then stir into the hot juice along with the honey until dissolved.
- Mix everything together, pour into a small shallow dish, and refrigerate for 2 hours until set into soft gelatin drops.
