Pureed Pumpkin Berry Swirl porridge
Canned pumpkin puree is completely smooth and loaded with Vitamin A to support mucosal tissue recovery. Swirling in a tablespoon of completely smooth, seedless blueberry puree adds rich antioxidants in a non-acidic format.
Gentle for a sore mouth.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pure canned pumpkin
- 2 tbsp oat milk
- 1 tbsp seedless blueberry puree (strained)
- 1/2 tsp honey
How to make it
- Combine the canned pumpkin, oat milk, and honey in a small bowl, stirring until smooth.
- Warm in the microwave for 15 seconds if a gentle warmth is desired (or serve at room temperature).
- Drizzle the seedless blueberry puree over the top and swirl gently with a spoon.
