Plain Rice Milk Berry Cream
Rice milk is exceptionally light and non-irritating. Straining pureed blueberries through a fine mesh sieve completely removes any skins or tiny seeds, leaving behind a smooth, antioxidant-rich liquid.
Gentle for a sore mouth.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 3/4 cup rice milk
- 1 tsp maple syrup
How to make it
- Blend the blueberries and rice milk together on high until smooth.
- Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a glass to remove all skins and seeds.
