Mineral-Rich Miso Broth Sip
Fermented miso paste provides light, gut-supportive probiotics. The warm, savory umami liquid helps stimulate salivation and awaken appetite cues without loading a sensitive stomach with heavy solid foods.
Gentle for nausea, low appetite.
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp white or yellow miso paste
How to make it
- Heat the water in a small saucepan until warm, ensuring it does not boil.
- Whisk the miso paste into a small amount of the warm water in a cup until completely dissolved, then pour back into the saucepan. Stir and serve warm in a mug.
