Lemon-Herb Avocado Mash on Crackers

Ingredients
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- A pinch of dried parsley
- 3–4 plain sea salt crackers
How to make it
- Mash the avocado in a small bowl with the lemon juice and parsley.
- Spread small dollops evenly onto each cracker and enjoy immediately.
