Honey-Whipped Ricotta & Papaya Swirl
Whole-milk ricotta cheese provides a dense, soft protein delivery system. Whipping it removes any graininess, and swirling in fresh, low-acid papaya puree introduces natural enzymes that support digestive ease.
Gentle for a sore mouth, low appetite.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup whole-milk ricotta cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh papaya puree (smooth)
- 1/2 tsp mild honey
How to make it
- Put the ricotta cheese and honey into a personal blender and blend for 30 seconds until perfectly whipped and light.
- Scoop into a small cup and drizzle the smooth papaya puree over the top, swirling gently with a spoon.
