High-Calorie Peanut Butter Oats Mash
When appetite is lagging, maximizing calories in small portions is essential. This recipe cooks instant oats extra wet and blends in creamy peanut butter to deliver dense plant fats, protein, and magnesium in a few rich spoonfuls.

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup instant oats
- 3/4 cup water or whole milk
- 1 tbsp smooth peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp pure maple syrup
How to make it
- Bring the water or milk to a boil, then stir in the instant oats.
- Cook over medium-low heat for 3 minutes until very soft and creamy.
- Stir in the peanut butter and maple syrup until fully dissolved and integrated. Serve lukewarm.
