Fluffy White Fish Breakfast Scramble
Cod is incredibly mild and produces almost no strong cooking odors that could trigger morning nausea. Flaking it directly into a softly scrambled egg ensures a moist, delicate, high-protein bite that goes down easily.
Gentle for nausea, a sore mouth.
Ingredients
- 1 large egg
- 1 oz cooked cod or sole fillet, flaked fine
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 tbsp unsweetened oat milk
How to make it
- Whisk the egg and oat milk together in a small bowl until smooth.
- Melt the butter in a non-stick skillet over low heat. Pour in the egg mixture.
- As the egg begins to set, gently fold in the finely flaked white fish, cooking on low heat until soft curds form.
