Crisp Mint & Melon Puree
Honeydew melon is highly hydrating and low-acid. Pureeing it with a single fresh mint leaf provides a crisp, cooling herbal note that can help neutralize a sticky, metallic taste in the mouth while settling a squeamish stomach.
Gentle for metallic taste, nausea.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh honeydew melon cubes
- 1 small fresh mint leaf
How to make it
- Place the honeydew melon cubes and the mint leaf into a high-powered blender.
- Process on high speed until the mint leaf is completely pulverized and the mixture is entirely smooth. Serve cold.
