Creamy Vanilla Seedless Chia Pudding
Chia seeds are loaded with fiber and omega-3s, but whole seeds can lodge painfully in mouth sores. Blending the pudding thoroughly after hydration completely pulverizes the seeds, leaving behind a smooth, cooling cream.
Gentle for a sore mouth.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 3/4 cup plain oat milk
- 1/2 tsp alcohol-free vanilla extract
- 1 tsp pure maple syrup
How to make it
- Shake the chia seeds, oat milk, vanilla, and maple syrup together in a jar and refrigerate overnight.
- Transfer the thick mixture to a high-speed blender and process for 60 seconds until completely uniform and seedless.
