Creamy Spiced Applesauce Porridge
Finely ground instant oats cooked down to a velvety texture require no chewing. Using sweet, low-acid applesauce instead of whole fruit provides gentle carbohydrates that are easy on a sensitive stomach, while a touch of cinnamon adds a comforting aroma without irritation.
Gentle for a sore mouth, nausea.
