Creamy Pear & Rice Farina

Rice farina creates an ultra-smooth, fine porridge that is incredibly easy to swallow. Stirring in fully pureed canned pears adds soft, low-acid carbohydrates that provide quick energy without causing any stinging in raw oral tissues.

Gentle for a sore mouth, nausea.

Ingredients

How to make it

  1. Bring the oat milk to a gentle boil in a small saucepan.
  2. Gradually whisk in the rice farina to prevent clumping and turn the heat to low.
  3. Simmer for 2–3 minutes while stirring continuously until thick and smooth.
  4. Remove from heat, stir in the smooth pear puree, and allow it to cool to room temperature before serving.
