Creamy Cashew Milk Farina
Cashew milk has a naturally rich, buttery consistency that provides clean calories and healthy fats. Cooking fine grain farina in cashew milk creates a velvety, non-sticky breakfast cream that coats a sensitive mouth gently.
Gentle for a sore mouth, low appetite.
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp fine farina (Cream of Wheat)
- 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk
- 1/2 tsp maple syrup
How to make it
- Warm the cashew milk in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Gradually whisk in the farina to ensure no lumps develop.
- Simmer on low for 3 minutes while stirring, remove from heat, stir in the maple syrup, and let cool.
