Clear Strained Watermelon Sip
Watermelon juice is highly alkaline and fluid-rich. Filtering the juice entirely removes the fibrous mesh, creating an exceptionally smooth, sweet hydration source that avoids stinging open mouth abrasions.
Gentle for a sore mouth.
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups seedless watermelon chunks
How to make it
- Puree the watermelon chunks on high speed until liquid.
- Pour through a fine cheesecloth or sieve into a glass, tossing out the pulp. Serve well chilled.
