Clear Mild Vegetable Sipping Broth

When even pureed soups feel too thick or heavy against a raw throat, a completely clear, strained vegetable broth provides liquid comfort and essential electrolytes without requiring any digestive or oral strain.

Gentle for a sore mouth, nausea.

Ingredients

How to make it

  1. Combine all chopped vegetables and water in a pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 25 minutes to extract the nutrients.
  3. Strain the liquid through a fine cloth or sieve, discarding the solid vegetables. Sip the clear liquid warm or cool.
