Clear Apple Juice & Lemon Gelatin Drops
Turning apple juice into soft gelatin drops offers a cool, comforting way to settle nausea. A single drop of lemon juice adds a hint of clean acidity that cuts through taste numbness without burning.
Gentle for nausea, metallic taste.

- 1 drop fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp unflavored gelatin powder
How to make it
- In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin powder over 2 tablespoons of cold water and let it bloom for 1 minute.
- Heat the remaining apple juice until hot, then stir it into the gelatin along with the drop of lemon juice until fully dissolved.
- Pour into a shallow dish and refrigerate for 2 hours until set, then cut into tiny, easy-to-swallow cubes.
