Clear Apple Juice & Ginger Gelatin Drops

Ginger naturally blocks serotonin receptors in the gut that trigger the urge to vomit. Infusing its juices into apple juice and creating soft gelatin drops offers a cool, comforting way to settle nausea without requiring digestion of heavy fats.

Gentle for nausea.

Ingredients

How to make it

  1. In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin powder over 2 tablespoons of cold water and let it bloom for 1 minute.
  2. Heat the remaining apple juice until hot (not boiling), then stir it into the gelatin along with the fresh ginger juice until fully dissolved.
  3. Pour into a shallow dish and refrigerate for 2 hours until set, then cut into tiny, easy-to-swallow cubes.
