Clear Apple-Ginger Hydration Sipper
Heavy, thick drinks can sometimes feel too filling when appetite is low. A clear, crisp mixture of apple juice and fresh ginger provides gentle hydration and natural sugars to perk up energy without coating the throat.
Gentle for low appetite, nausea.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup 100% pure apple juice
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/4 tsp fresh ginger juice (squeezed from grated ginger)
How to make it
- Stir the apple juice, water, and fresh ginger juice together in a small glass.
- Serve chilled or over a little crushed ice.
